We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed please allow 1-5 business days for processing. 

If the order haven't been shipped then we can change it for you.

An order confirmation will be sent to your email after purchase with a tracking number. Track your order status via https://track.aftership.com/

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed. But don’t worry, the rest of your order is on its way and you have been refunded for the cost of the out of stock item.

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

We provide a shipping confirmation and tracking details on all our orders allowing customers to track their packages and ensure delivery. Unfortunately, if your order goes missing or is lost and a ‘delivered’ status is on your tracking details, we are not liable for lost/stolen packages, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.

My package is being returned to LeBridge, what do I do now? If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to LeBridge, it’s typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

The shipping address does not exist

The shipping address is misspelled

The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)

The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package

The addressee has moved

The addressee has refused the package

SHIPPING TIME

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:

->Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

->Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

->A product is currently out of stock.

->An order which requires customization.

->An order is shipped to remote country.

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details and an estimated shipping date.  

For orders to : USA/AU/FR/SP our average shipping times are 19-35 business days

Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our Customer Care team (contact@lebridge.com) along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.

You must contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. If you report a damaged item past 48 hours of delivery a refund cannot be issued.
